Also, the founder and principal of 13D Monitor, an institutional research firm specializing in 13D filings, corporate governance and shareholder activism, Ken writes The Activist Spotlight column for Barrons. He holds a B.S. with a concentration in finance from New York University’s Stern School and a J.D. from New York University’s School of Law where he was an editor of Law Review.
