E&O Insurance
E&O insurance coverage is offered through The ProSurance Group. Agents are individually underwritten under a group discount negotiated by LaSalle St. Securities. The “group” policy provides varying levels of coverage and pricing. The E&O policy can cover various business lines from Series 6 or 7, insurance, advisory, to CPA tax preparation.
The E&O policy does cover non-registered insurance business done as an outside business activity for life, health, disability, and accident.
Securities Principal Coverage is available. In order for the Principal to apply for this coverage, all LaSalle St. Securities representatives in his branch will be required to apply for E&O through ProSurance in order to receive pricing for Securities Principal Coverage.
