With more than 18 years of experience in financial services compliance, Venessa oversees the direct business side of LaSalle, including mutual fund business as well as variable annuity review and approval. Venessa also takes on various principal responsibilities including the supervision of registered representatives as well as marketing and advertising review. She is passionate about helping others deliver exceptional service to their clients and enjoys tackling new challenges, solving problems, and finding practical compliance solutions.
