His extensive experience navigating complex regulations and audits has made him a trusted resource within the firm. With over three decades in the financial industry, including 28 years at LaSalle St., Rebecca Rosas is a dedicated and experienced leader in account services. She joined LaSalle St. seeking stability after working at multiple firms that went out of business—and she found a long-term home in an organization that values its people.

Rebecca’s passion for problem-solving and continuous learning has kept her engaged in this ever-evolving industry. Even after 32 years, she still enjoys tackling new challenges and discovering new solutions. She takes pride in making a difference, especially when a rep shares that a client was happy with the support she provided.

With 25 years in the financial industry and over 15 years at LaSalle St., Vincent Incerto brings a wealth of experience, integrity, and dedication to his role as Chief Compliance Officer. Initially falling into the field by chance, he quickly discovered his passion for the complexities and ever-evolving nature of compliance, making it his long-term career.

With nearly four decades in the industry, Rick Binder has been an integral part of LaSalle St. since the beginning of his career. What started as a job opportunity quickly turned into a lifelong profession where his knowledge and experience have become invaluable to the firm. His deep understanding of accounting, financial operations, and regulatory compliance allows him to navigate constant deadlines with precision.

With a strong foundation in accounting and finance, Jerry Kurian brings a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset to his role as Assistant Accounting Manager. A graduate of DePaul University with both an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Jerry is dedicated to supporting the financial operations at LaSalle St. In his time with the firm, he has quickly come to appreciate the collaborative and supportive culture that makes LaSalle St. unique.

Danny Mayer thrives at the intersection of technology and financial services, bringing seven years of experience—all with LaSalle St.—to his role as Platform & Technology Manager. He was drawn to LaSalle for the autonomy, problem-solving opportunities, and the ability to make a real and immediate impact on advisors’ businesses. With an innate curiosity for technology, Danny continuously explores new ways to enhance efficiency and streamline operations, ensuring advisors can leverage the best solutions available.

Patrick Wagner’s journey into financial services is a testament to embracing change and pursuing passion. After a successful 20-year career in IT, Patrick sought a more client-focused and impactful profession. His long-standing relationship with LaSalle St. made the transition seamless, as their values aligned with his own. With seven years in the industry—five of them at LaSalle—Patrick is proud to contribute to the firm’s growth and success. He finds deep fulfillment in building relationships, serving as a fiduciary, and guiding clients through key financial milestones to help improve their net worth.

Dan serves as Strategic Projects Manager at LaSalle St., where he focuses on strengthening the firm’s operational infrastructure and supporting the growth of the financial advisors the organization serves. In this role, Dan works across departments to identify opportunities for improvement, drive meaningful change, and ensure that LaSalle St. continues to deliver the level of service and stability its network depends on.

Dan brings a strong foundation in financial services to his work at LaSalle St. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Director of the Service Transformation Team at a managing general underwriter, leading operational and service initiatives in a complex, regulated environment. Before that, he built his career in financial services consulting, with work spanning distribution strategy, process improvement, and technology implementations.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.

Anthony is a Client Portfolio & Relationship Manager at LaSalle St. He supports advisors and their clients through client-facing portfolio guidance and practice-management consulting. His areas of focus include investment management support, advisor-succession planning, and guidance throughout the mergers-and-acquisitions process.

In addition to his advisor-facing responsibilities, Anthony plays an active role within the firm’s investment organization. As a member of the Investment Committee, he supports the Office of the CIO through investment research, macroeconomic analysis, and multi-asset portfolio construction.

Anthony also serves as a Client Portfolio Manager for LaSalle St. Capital Management, the firm’s Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO). The OCIO platform delivers institutional-grade portfolio solutions not only to advisors and their clients but also to LaSalle St.’s direct high-net-worth and family-office relationships. In this role, he partners with the CIO to help design and implement multi-asset strategies for a wide range of client objectives.

Prior to joining LaSalle St., Anthony spent over two years at BDO USA as a Senior Associate in the Valuation and Capital Market Analysis Group in Chicago. His work centered on applying financial modeling along with market and industry research to value, analyze, and stress-test businesses, complex equity structures, and mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries. He supported both external clients and internal audit teams, contributing to transaction-driven and valuation-focused engagements.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University.
