Growth Summit
A firmwide professional-development conference held every other year for all advisors
The Growth Summit is a one-day conference open to every advisor at LaSalle St. It’s designed to help advisors strengthen and grow their books of business while staying grounded in the industry trends that matter most.
The agenda features 7–8 speakers focused on practical growth strategies, relevant market and business trends, and real-world insights advisors can apply immediately. The event is held in a Chicago suburb and includes breakfast, lunch, and a closing cocktail hour.
Beyond the content, the Growth Summit creates space to connect directly with firm leadership and peers from across the country as we share ideas, perspectives, and experience.
Leadership Conference
An annual, invite-only event for a select group of advisors
The Leadership Conference is an annual incentive event designed to recognize and thank a select group of LaSalle St. advisors. Hosted in a different destination city each year, the conference brings together approximately 50 advisors, each with a guest, for a fully hosted experience.
This event is centered on connection, bringing advisors together to network with peers from across the country and engage directly with firm leadership. Conversations focus on firm direction, long-term vision, and current industry trends, with an emphasis on collaboration and shared insight.
The Leadership Conference is both strategic and celebratory. It’s a meaningful way for LaSalle St. to show appreciation for the advisors who help shape the firm.
